| This is a package for couples on a budget who realize they need some assistance before and on the day of the wedding. They know the wedding day will be a little bit more hectic than they thought. They want an expert to come with them for up to three vendor interviews. You ask "Why do I need this?" The main reasons are the following: So that you can relax and enjoy your wedding Don't have any of your wedding party working at your wedding Let your mom and dad have a good time instead of running around Peace of mind that everything will get done Making sure that the vendor that is interviewed is the right fit and that the contract is exactly what you require. This package provides the following services: |
- One hour consultation prior to event.
- Accompany couple on three vendor interviews
- Coordination of Rehearsal (If one is scheduled, see below)
- Coordination of Wedding Ceremony
- Coordination of Reception
- Coordinator and One Assistant on staff will be at the wedding
- Babysitting Services Available (Additional Charges)

- Meeting and greeting vendors
- Ensuring vendors complete contracted services
- Pay vendors and distribute gratuities
- Assist with all flowers
- Line up wedding party
- Coordinating vendors for ceremony cues
- Fixing bridal gown for walk down the aisle
- Helping children make it down the aisle
- Make sure all ceremony decorations are completed properly
- Assisting guests
- Assisting with photos
- Assisting with transition from ceremony to cocktail hour
- Assist with the bustle of the gown
- Makeup touch-ups
- List of special guests are completely taken care of
- Making sure venue is prepared
- Keeping on the timeline
- Making sure DJ plays the proper music
- Making sure tables are set properly
- Wedding favors are in the proper place
- First one there, last one to leave

| We never want a couple to feel they can not afford to have a beautiful and stress free wedding. We accept low deposits and we are willing to accept final balance 1-2 weeks after wedding. Please ask us to create a budget you can afford. We work with all types of weddings and budgets. |

| Travel Fees: All travel within 20 miles of Rhinebeck, NY (12572) is included in package price. For each mile over 20 miles an additional $1 will be charged per mile. Maximum travel fee is $50, with an exception of events over 150 miles. Starting June 1, 2006 a $50 surcharge will be placed on all New York City and Long Island weddings, to help cover the cost of increasing tolls and parking fees. Please inquire about the travel cost for events over 150 miles and over night costs. |
