Who is making sure the florist delivered the right flowers? Who is checking with the ceremony musicians that they have the right music? Who is making sure the officiant has arrived? A Coordinator of Ceremonies will take care of all of these and more. Most couples getting married these days are having their reception at a venue where they provide a Site Coordinator. So there is no sense in paying for a Day of Coordinator when you only need them at the ceremony. At Hudson Valley Ceremonies we have two packages to choose from: |

What we do in each segment of the ceremony:
1 Hour Vendor Verification
Contact all vendors associated with the wedding and
verify all details and timeline
1 Hour of Rehearsal
Assist in the coordination of the rehearsal
1 Hour Prior to Ceremony
Coordinate with all vendors, check in with wedding party,
family members, assist with any special needs, make sure
that details are completed prior to ceremony starting
1 Hour During Ceremony
Make sure any last minute guests are brought in quietly or
asked to wait outside, ask all guests to turn off cell phones,
set up for receiving line or exit of ceremony.
1 Hour After Ceremony
Coordinating wedding party and family for photos, assisting
with cocktail hour, transition to the reception, assist guests
with directions and time schedule.
Overall: Making sure there is a smooth flow between each
segment of the wedding ceremony to the reception.
